Return and Refund Policy

The Flatweave Store handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer law.

30-day return policy applies to all online purchases. All goods must be returned unused and in the same condition that they were received.

Refunds are processed once we have received the returned goods.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping for change of mind returns.
